By creating an account or using The Losing Trader (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service is an educational trading-journal and self-review tool. It helps you record your own trades, reflect on your decisions and psychology, and review your performance.
Trading and investing involve substantial risk, including the loss of capital. All decisions you make are your own. You are solely responsible for your trades and their outcomes. For advice tailored to your situation, consult a SEBI-registered investment adviser or another qualified professional.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the accuracy of the data you enter. You must be legally able to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction.
Do not misuse the Service – for example by attempting to access other users’ data, disrupting the Service, or using it for unlawful purposes.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any analytics or figures shown are accurate or complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms as the product evolves; the “last updated” date above will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
